Customer service lacks consistently- simply in the amount of time it takes for a representative from Safe Cig to respond back to complaints and concerns. However, the concerns are dealt with in a positive manner consistently too.
Safe Cig is a superior product with an excellent price to match. Other electronic cigarettes in their caliber of product tend to have far more expensive prices, but Safe Cig has found a way to make an excellent product and offer a price that doesn’t make people cringe. The array of flavor choices makes smoking these ecigs interesting and exciting, offering smokers an opportunity to enjoy something new if they wish. And, for the more delicate smokers, or for people who smoke primarily for the social experience, the Mini lines of ecigs are a perfect fit.
I have loved my experiences with Safe Cig. I really have nothing to complain about. I started with the Starter Kit Pro because I was an every day smoker- had been for over 30 years. The kit came with two ecig batteries, one USB charger (that now lives on my computer at home) and a wall charger that I use at my desk at work. The kit also came with a five pack of cartridges of which I chose the traditional full flavored. When I got the kit, I set up everything and began practicing with the batteries and the cartridges. They’re remarkably easy to assemble! The batteries also connect into their chargers nicely and solidly. The entire system feels solid, which I like. But the best part was my first drag. It was like a whole new world opened up in my mouth, and down my throat and into my lungs. I could feel the rush of the nicotine that I craved, but I didn’t feel the heavy smoke coating the inside of my body. I could feel my body saying “Aaahhh” as I was getting the nicotine but no poisons or side products that real cigarettes create. It’s been several months later, and I still smoke regularly like I used to, but I also get around like I did when I was in my twenties. I can breathe again! I don’t cough. The bar I go to, they let me smoke these Safe Cigs in the bar, while I drink my beer. I haven’t had that experience in a few years now with the new laws making it unlawful to smoke in public places. And no one complains, or wafts their hands my way when I walk by them down the street. I get asked about these electronic cigarettes all of the time, and I’m proud to show them off. I highly recommend Safe Cig, hands down. I love mine!
